Job summary

Emerge Limited in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an Agentic & MCP Architect (Principal / Expert) to lead design Authority for agentic systems within the FinTech group. The role blends hands-on architecture with strategic governance across MCP, agent frameworks, and enterprise integration.

You will design memory structures, orchestration patterns, and safe action workflows, ensuring scalable, secure production deployments and high-quality behavioral evaluation for autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–10 years of software or ML engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in Technical Design Authority or Lead Engineering role.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, tool calling, and MCP context protocols.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Architecture: design advanced agentic systems, memory structures and orchestration.
• Tool & Context Integration Layer: design MCP servers and connectors for safe enterprise interaction.
• Execution Patterns & Runtime: develop reusable agent templates and runtime environments.
• Safe Action Design: implement permissioning, human-in-the-loop oversight and rollbacks.
• Evaluation & Quality: create evaluation frameworks and monitor production safety.
