Job summary

Circle K Business Centre Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and autonomously act across multiple platforms.

You will work with the AI Platform Architect and business stakeholders to deliver real operational impact in a production environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, machine learning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong Python programming and ML framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience building and deploying agents on major AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Claude).
• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows using LLMs to plan, reason, and execute tasks autonomously.
• Deploy agentic solutions across multiple AI platforms and ecosystems.
• Develop tool-use integrations connecting agents to APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Implement orchestration patterns for complex task automation.
• Prototype agent behaviors using frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to internal tooling.
• Conduct A/B tests and evaluations to measure impact.
