Job summary

Boeing in Poland is seeking a skilled engineer to respond to customer inquiries on flight operations topics, including MMEL, DDG, and ferry flight requests. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams and pilots to craft detailed responses and ongoing improvements in processes and tools.

The position is onsite in Rzeszow, with 3+ years of engineering experience and fluent English. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on subjects including MMEL and DDG, FCOM/QRH, and ferry flight requests.
• Provide on and off hours support to Boeing’s 24-hour Operations Center for ferry flight requests and other time‑critical inquiries.
• Use resourcefulness to conduct fast‑paced, high-level research into customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with and integrate engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses.
• Document work with technical details so others can develop similar future responses.
• Champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes to enhance readiness and reduce cycle time and cost.
• Assist in training others in work processes and products.
