Job summary

The Boeing Company in Poland is seeking a qualified engineer to respond to customer inquiries related to flight operations and to support 24/7 Operations Center for ferry flight requests onsite in Rzeszów. The role emphasizes fast research, cross-functional coordination with engineering teams and pilots, and thorough documentation for future use.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Engineering, have 3+ years of engineering experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of related work experience in Engineering.
Existing rights to work in Poland.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries on MMEL, DDG, FCOM/QRH, FCTM, and ferry flight requests.
Provide on- and off-hours support to Boeing’s 24-hour Operations Center for ferry flight requests.
Conduct fast-paced, high-level research into customer inquiries.
Coordinate with engineering teams and pilots to develop detailed responses.
Document work with technical detail for future reuse.
Champion improvements to technologies, tools and processes to reduce cycle time and cost.
Assist in training others in work processes and outputs.
