Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk is seeking an Experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to design, implement and maintain backend services with Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend apps with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

You will own end-to-end features across the full stack, write tests, collaborate with product, UX and QA, and work in a hybrid setup with Docker, CI/CD, and Git workflows, contributing to avionics software initiatives with international teams.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Own end to end features across the full stack: design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability across both frontend and backend.
• Perform thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor other engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high quality user experiences.
• Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching process and merge request workflows.
• Work in container based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams as needed.
• Stay current with web standards, browser support, and emerging platform features; recommend pragmatic adoption strategies.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement.
