Job summary

SHIFT Paradigm in Poland is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform Technical Lead who will serve as the go-to expert for a suite of Adobe technologies, including AEP, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics.

The role requires strong hands-on technical skills alongside strategic thinking and leadership abilities to mentor developers and lead client engagements. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and be comfortable presenting solutions directly to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Proven ability to architect and implement AEP solutions from the ground up.
• Hands-on AJO experience building multi-step customer journeys.

Responsibilities
