Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our project teams. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining technical data solutions, and guiding data modelling efforts using AEP and AJO. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL, data analysis, Kafka experience, and the ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical leaders. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Kafka and data integration processes.
• Practical experience in campaign management and marketing automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, modelling, and mapping.
• Ability to prepare BRD and User Stories.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build connections with internal stakeholders and vendors to capture information for analysis and suggest solutions.
• Write BRD and User Stories.
• Define technical solutions with pros and cons of approaches.
• Present complex ideas clearly to business leaders and non-technical marketers.
• Map out data solution needs and data modelling requirements.
• Analyze customer use cases and data to prepare for data modelling (XDM and Field groups).
• Showcase AEP expertise and educate others on capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams.
