Job summary

Jobtailor in Poland is seeking a Software Engineer to design and implement software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform within an international team.

You will participate in the full software development cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support colleagues in their growth while shaping architecture and strategy for future development. Strong C++14/SQL/REST API skills and English/Polish fluency are required; GenAI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of C++14+, SQL, REST API.
• Experience with distributed systems and client-server architecture.
• Familiar with GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex).
• Good English and Polish communication skills.
• Nice to have: distributed/high-performance systems experience.
