Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Poland to design, build and scale GenAI-driven enterprise applications. You will own backend/API and multi-agent workflows across the GenAI lifecycle.

The role emphasizes GenAI/LLMs, AI Agents, RAG and Python, with production-ready delivery and strong collaboration with product and business teams.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of software engineering experience, backend/API and distributed systems.
• 3+ years building production-grade GenAI/LLM apps.
• Experience with LLM APIs/open-source LLMs.
• RAG, AI Agents & tool calling, multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with scalable APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps and production system design.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge and large-scale datasets.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI/LLM apps using RAG, AI Agents and workflow orchestration.
• Develop multi-agent workflows with memory and task planning.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and scale production-grade Generative AI and intelligent applications for enterprise use cases.

The role is strongly focused on GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG and Python, covering the full AI lifecycle from prototyping and experimentation through deployment, evaluation, observability and production scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable GenAI/LLM applications using RAG, AI Agents and workflow orchestration.
• Develop multi-agent workflows with tool calling, memory and task planning.
• Build AI-powered copilots, assistants and automation workflows.
• Design AI pipelines covering embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration, evaluation and observability.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise data, APIs and platforms.
• Optimize AI systems for reliability, performance, latency and cost.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9+ years of strong software engineering experience, particularly backend/API and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLM APIs and/or open-source LLMs
• RAG
• AI Agents & tool calling
• Multi-agent orchestration
• AI evaluation and observability
• Experience with scalable APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications and production system design.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Frontend – ReactJS

• Experience with ReactJS or modern AI application frontends is desirable.
• Ability to build or integrate user-facing interfaces for AI-powered applications, copilots or assistants.
