Job summary

Nationale-Nederlanden Poland is seeking a Senior Actuary to drive a large European transformation project. You will migrate and harmonise actuarial cash flow models across markets and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.

You will collaborate with actuarial, risk and IT experts in an international setup, shaping future-ready actuarial solutions for multiple business units. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with at least 7 years of experience in life insurance, pensions or financial services.
• Experience in actuarial cash flow modelling and insurance valuation methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of actuarial cash flow models to a new target environment.
• Analyse, document, validate and test actuarial models, assumptions and methodologies.
• Collaborate with actuarial, risk and IT stakeholders across multiple European markets.
• Support the harmonisation of actuarial modelling approaches across business units.
• Ensure model outputs meet business, regulatory and reporting requirements.
