Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is seeking experienced actuarial and data professionals to deepen their technical expertise and shape resilient solutions for global Aviva business units. You will develop models, translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in actuarial analytics, strong English, and actuarial exams in progress or completed.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in actuarial, analytical, modelling or data-focused roles.
• Experience in actuarial modelling.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analysis.
• Experience working in a project-based environment, including prioritisation and ownership.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Actuarial exams (completed or in progress) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical and actuarial tools and models.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions in line with internal best practices.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development of actuarial models and model input processes.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and document design decisions.
• Act as a senior point of contact within the team, supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and model requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Automate data workflows and processes.
