Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland is seeking an actuarial professional to support financial and actuarial reporting for international ERGO Group entities.

You will contribute to IFRS 17 and Solvency II analyses, develop actuarial methodologies, and maintain data analysis systems. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of actuarial/insurance accounting experience, and programming skills in VBA, Power BI, Python, or R.

Qualifications

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Insurance Finance and Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in actuarial or insurance accounting field providing practical knowledge.
• Programming skills in VBA, Power BI, Python and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial and actuarial reporting and IFRS 17/Solvency II results.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and IT systems for ERGO Group entities.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve reporting processes and methodologies.
• Support reserve reviews and data validation across IFRS 17 processes.
