Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data accuracy.
• 3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Good English skills (Intermediate or higher).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and process supplier invoices within the assigned area.
• Prepare and perform supplier account reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
• Maintain creditor information in the supplier database.
• Provide updates on payment statuses to internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc statistical reports and analyses.
• Backup colleagues as needed and participate in ongoing tasks.
