Job summary

Aon Global Capability Center in Krakow is seeking a finance professional to support Record to Report (R2R) activities. You will implement standardized processes and ensure financial accuracy and compliance across assigned processes.

The role includes preparing journal entries, performing month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborating with auditors and local country teams. Strong English and ERP/MS Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Experience performing journal entries and month-end close procedures.
Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
Ability to work with auditors and ensure compliance.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent English (B2/C1) in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

Implement the Standard Operating Model for transitioned activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Prepare journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Perform bank account reconciliations and monitor transactions for discrepancies.
Take full ownership of assigned financial processes, guaranteeing timely and compliant execution.
Complete month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare month-end close reports to support financial clarity.
Prepare reconciliations for ledger accounts related to the balance sheet.
Collaborate with local country teams to ensure alignment on financial operations and compliance.
Support internal and external audit processes through effective collaboration and documentation.
