Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its international finance team in Kraków. You will manage accounting processes, ensure timely month-end and year-end closures, and support colleagues in daily operations.

You will coordinate activities across the team, perform depreciation and reconciliations, verify bank payments, and ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions. You will also mentor junior staff and collaborate with suppliers and other finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as AP Controller or similar role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good command of English (minimum B1/B2).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of another European language.
