Enxoo, firma z Warszawy, poszukuje specjalisty ds. finansów, który dołącz y do zespołu finansowego. Zakres obejmuje codzienne zadania księgowe: faktury, płatności, księgowość i dokumentację. Będziesz analizować koszty, sprzedaż i wyniki w odniesieniu do budżetu i prognoz, wspierać przygotowanie budżetów i prognoz, a także wspierać CFO w raportowaniu.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in internal accounting or accounting office, ideally with international exposure.
• Experience with reporting and analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing, payments, accounting and documentation as part of the Finance Team.
• Analyze costs, sales figures and actuals against budget and forecasts.
• Support budget preparation and periodic forecasts.
• Assist CFO in stakeholder reporting and financial reporting.
• Monitor daily financial operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Create KPIs and track metrics across departments and product groups.
• Improve metrics and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting offices outside Poland.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Working as part of the Finance Team in daily tasks (invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation)
• Analyzing costs, sales figures, and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
• Supporting the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and in financial reporting
• Monitoring daily financial operations, tracking the company's financial situation and results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounting data
• Developing performance analysis by creating KPIs and tracking key metrics across departments and product groups
• Implementing improvements to metrics and reporting processes
• Coordinating cooperation with outsourced accounting offices in Enxoo's international entities outside Poland

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an internal accounting department or an accounting office, ideally with exposure to international or cross-border operations
• Experience with reporting and analysis
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good communication skills
• Attention to detail and good organization of work
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
