Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of research experience in 6G-relevant radio topics.
• Demonstrated ability in performance evaluation and technical leadership.
• Solid knowledge of methods to analyze and optimize wireless systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 6G radio protocol research and standardization.
• Act as delegate to 3GPP RAN2/RAN4 and shape technical contributions.
• Develop pioneering 6G intellectual property in radio protocols.

Skills

System-level expertise in 5G and/or emerging 6G systems

Understanding of radio access systems technology challenges

Familiarity with AI-driven research methodologies

Prior 3GPP standardization experience

Ability to serve as an effective 3GPP delegate

Education

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or related fields
