Job summary

Sperasoft, part of Keywords Studios, is seeking a 3D Animator to join our Warsaw team. You will work on humanoid and creature animations using keyframe and motion capture, delivering assets that meet client quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong Maya/MB/Max skills, familiarity with Unity or Unreal, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in an international development setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Maya, MotionBuilder or 3ds Max and preferences in using each.
• Familiar with game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Experience in Motion Capture post-processing, overlay animation, retargeting, and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Working with keyframe animation and Motion Capture for humanoid and creature characters, per client requirements.
• Provide quality assets to client with minimal participation from Lead Artist.
• Communicate regularly with Lead Artist on task status.
• Obtain guidance and approvals from Lead Artist as needed to progress tasks.
• Refine artistic abilities and learn new software or in-house tools.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment.
