Job summary

Solid Company in Warszawa is seeking a highly experienced Java Engineer to lead complex enterprise solutions within an SWAT Team. You will identify risks, guide architecture discussions, and collaborate across multiple teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Java and modern frameworks, strong English, and hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations, databases, CI/CD, and cloud services. Experience with frontend JS frameworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience with web-based application creation in Java and frontend.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within SWAT Team to resolve critical business and technical issues.
• Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with multiple teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the domain.
• Support architectural discussions, integration, and modernization efforts.
• Drive best practices across software development, DevOps, and operations.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches within the SDLC.
