Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and assembling an elite team to build from the ground up in a new department. You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in domains such as Semiconductor, translating strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and rapid production deployment.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Semiconductor.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
