Job summary

Cisco, in partnership with Splunk, is building a resilient security platform for hybrid, multi‑cloud environments in Poland. As a Splunk Solutions Engineer you will design security architectures for Poland's largest organizations across public sector, financial services, telecoms, and energy.

You will empower customers to strengthen their security posture while collaborating with the Central and Eastern Europe team to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical pre‑sales or cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience with enterprise IT security, infra, and data analytics.
• Hands-on SIEM deployment and threat detection experience.
• Cloud security experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Professional fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer security requirements to design SIEM architectures.
• Map use cases and engineer threat detection solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lead PoCs/POVs.
• Build relationships with CISOs, SOC Managers, and security architects.
• Support regional sales teams and Cisco Security Sales Specialists.
• Share market insights with Product Management to influence development.
• Present technical content and run security workshops.
• Pursue Splunk Architect Certification and advance technical skills.
