Job summary

As a Security Generalist at T-Mobile in Warsaw, you will help design, implement, and manage security controls to protect our systems and data. You will collaborate with IT, cloud and development teams to embed security into the SDLC and document all security-related information.

You will stay current with threats and trends, contribute to comprehensive security documentation, and support ongoing compliance with our security policies.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of network, application, and data security concepts.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, B2/C1 level.
• Proactive problem-solving and security issue resolution.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security controls and processes to protect our systems and data.
• Collaborate with IT, cloud and development teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the process of documenting information about our systems and services, ensuring security aspects are captured and maintained.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, audit process, evidence and guidelines.
• Assist technical teams in implementing security requirements and maintaining documentation, ensuring ongoing compliance and security integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
