Job summary

T-Mobile Poland is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineering Lead to drive the security strategy and oversee major initiatives within the Security Tribe.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams across Deutsche Telekom Group, design complex security projects, and lead risk mitigation while managing budgets. Strong presentation skills and multi-national experience are essential, with a focus on Zero Trust and security domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining and executing Cybersecurity strategy.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, UKSC, ISO27001 standards.
• Proven ability to deliver complex security projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement effective Cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead wide Cybersecurity initiatives with cross-department collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and teams to implement strategy.
• Design and deliver innovative, complex projects.
• Facilitate security KPI reporting and risk mitigation.
• Plan and manage Cybersecurity budget.
• Lead security assessments and support new business initiatives.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders within Deutsche Telekom Group.
