Job summary

Kapsch is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to support security services across customer projects in intelligent mobility and transportation domains. You will help identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks while contributing to vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and regulatory compliance in an international setting.

You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with Operations to embed advanced security controls and coordinate testing exercises.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in network security firewalling and computer systems – technical certifications are appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of security technologies like vulnerability scanning, SIEM and IAM.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in complex and demanding environments.
• Reliable and committed, able to stay organized under stress.
• Occasional travel may occur due to international structure of the company.
• Very good English and Polish skills (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop security data analytics in customer projects.
• Evaluate vulnerability scans and oversee remediation processes.
• Coordinate security testing exercises and security measures with Operations.
• Embed state-of-the-art security controls across systems and networks.
• Collaborate with the global security organization and incident response team.
