Job summary

Kapsch TrafficCom AG in Warszawa is seeking a Junior Security Analyst to support security services across customer projects in mobility and transportation. You will help identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, contribute to vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response in an international environment.

You will work with SIEM and IAM tools, develop security dashboards, and collaborate with Operations to embed state-of-the-art security controls while participating in testing

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in network security firewalls and computer systems; technical certifications are appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of security technologies like vulnerability scanning, SIEM and IAM.
• Team-oriented, capable of solving problems in complex environments.
• English and Polish skills at C1 level are required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and further develop security data analytics in customer projects.
• Analyse system and network anomalies and integrate new data sources.
• Operate the vulnerability monitoring process and oversee remediation.
• Coordinate security testing exercises and collaborate with incident response.
• Engage with the global security organization and embed state-of-the-art controls.
