Job summary

Vonage is seeking a seasoned SDET Manager to lead and scale a high‑performing team responsible for testing and quality across our Messaging API products. The role focuses on delivering ambitious roadmaps with autonomous, AI‑assisted testing practices.

You will partner with product and engineering to design scalable test frameworks, ensure coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Evidence of engineering leadership managing 10+ engineers.
• Strong software background with Python.
• Experience running CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high‑performing SDET team to deliver on product roadmaps.
• Drive robust testing strategies for releases covering functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering to enhance design, coding, testing and documentation.
