We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in the Insurance domain and hands‑on knowledge of the Insurance framework.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the gathering of functional requirements, analyze business needs, and guide teams toward optimal solutions within an Agile framework. A key responsibility will be to maximize the use of out‑of‑the‑box functionalities while minimizing customisations, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective implementations. The Scrum Master will also foster a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous improvement and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
We are looking for a Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically with strong expertise in the Insurance framework. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of insurance processes and workflows, along with the ability to effectively gather and document functional requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with familiarity with Agile methodologies, are essential for guiding stakeholders toward optimal solutions. Additionally, a Guidewire Certification and experience with cloud implementations will be considered valuable assets.
