Job summary

ITConnect in Warszawa is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support two teams within a standardized Corporate Landing Hub. The role focuses on enabling progress, predictability and quality as teams build a Credit Risk Platform in Pega and Java-based Corporate Products Catalogue, Business Decision Register and Pricing Tool.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, coach teams in Agile and SAFe practices, and drive planning, delivery, impediment resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Team player and excellent communicator.
• Coaching mindset to drive success through others.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, software development, and SDLC.
