Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Poland is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the implementation of the Scrum framework across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in this role, demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile practices and exceptional coaching and facilitation skills. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving team collaboration for continuous improvement. Certifications in PMP and Scrum are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
