Eaton Mobility Group EMEA in Poland or France is seeking an experienced professional to lead NPI supply chain activities from concept to product launch across Europe. You will drive supplier selection, industrialization, and launch readiness and work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful launches.

This position can be based in either Tczew, Poland or Montrottier, France, offering the opportunity to work in a highly international environment and collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and customers across Europe and beyond.
Whether supporting product industrialization, supplier development, or strategic growth initiatives, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to successful launch.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
