Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a Scientific Quotation Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. This role does not involve laboratory work but requires technical skills to elaborate quotes, manage ongoing activities, and provide customer support by phone and email in the Medical Device market.

You will collaborate with internal departments, handle quote emissions, CRM master data, orders, and logistics issues while ensuring accurate and timely commercial proposals and follow-up

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Biology, or other scientific degree.
• Fluent English written and spoken; German or Spanish would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of information technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Direct contacts with Intercompany customers.
• Quote emission and follow-up.
• Assistance and sales support in communications with Customers, in formulation of commercial proposals and in follow-up of requests for quotation and/or sample management.
• Management of sales lists.
• Master data management and customer requests in CRM.
• Managing customer orders.
• Interface with figures belonging to different business departments for the solution of logistic and/or administrative issues.

Job Description

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, is looking for a new resource to join the Sales&Marketing team in the role of Scientific Quotation Manager.

The role, which does not include laboratory activities, requests technical competences related to quote elaborations, management of activities on going, involves customer contact (phone, e-mail), in the Medical Device Market, working with the operative and commercial internal units, giving technical or commercial support.

Responsabilities
