Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a Scientific Quotation Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. The role involves non-laboratory work, elaborating quotes, managing ongoing activities, and providing technical or commercial support to customers in the Medical Device market.

You will interact with internal units, perform direct customer contact by phone and email, and ensure accurate quote processes while coordinating with logistics and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Biology, or other scientific field.
• Fluent knowledge of English – both written and spoken. German or Spanish would be a plus.
• Possibility to work from home office and good knowledge of information technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Direct contacts with Intercompany customers and management of quotes.
• Quote emission and follow-up; sales support in communications with customers and in follow-up of quotations or sample management.
• Manage sales lists and master data in CRM; interface with different departments for logistic and administrative issue resolution.
