Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a Scientific Quotation Manager to join the Sales&Marketing team. The role does not include laboratory activities and focuses on quote elaboration, ongoing activity management, and providing technical or commercial support to customers in the Medical Device Market.

The position involves direct customer contact (phone, email), collaboration with operative and commercial units, and handling of quotes, orders, and CRM data to ensure smooth sales

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• Degree in a biomedical or scientific field is required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Quote emission and follow-up with customers.
• Provide sales support in communications and proposals.
• Manage sales lists and CRM data.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with departments.
• Interface with different departments to resolve issues.
• Support sample management and logistics coordination.
