Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Group Buyer for Clinical Diagnostics in Poland. The role focuses on direct procurement, negotiating global/regional agreements, and delivering cost-effective supplier performance.

You will drive category strategy, lead sourcing efforts, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project goals in a multinational environment. The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days from office) and a pathway for professional growth within Eurofins’ expanding clinical diagnostics

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business processes (Economy, Administration, Business, Finance), Engineering.
• Experience in global strategic procurement and multinational environments.
• Proven negotiation record in procurement and supplier management.

Senior Group Buyer shall perform assignments related to the directprocurement categories-negotiation and implementation of global/regional agreements.

The role will be called on to run both global and local projects, so strong negotiation and communication skills are required. Buyer coordinates purchasing activities with stakeholders requests to achieve the result in a cost effective and timely manner. Acquires and maintains understanding of purchased products, where performs cost analysis, recommends cost saving proposals with alternative sourcing and vendor evaluation criteria.

Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices but with a great amount of autonomy to determine appropriate action. Buyer will be a part of team working on building category strategy, so not only does analytical thinking is priority but visionary aspect is required as well. • Proficient in preparing RFPs, structuring specifications, and using tools like Coupa.
• Capable of managing commercial agreements and achieving KPIs.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on process optimization and risk mitigation.
• Experienced in multinational environments with independent entities.
