Job summary

A leading IT recruitment agency is seeking an IT Events Planner in Bydgoszcz, Poland, for a 6-month contract. The role involves planning and managing exercises, trainings, and conferences from a CIS perspective. Candidates should possess experience in Service Delivery, an understanding of IT networks, and project coordination. The position requires capturing technical requirements and participating as a Subject Matter Expert in various meetings. A certification in ITIL is preferred, along with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery in a customer support focused approach.
• Planning of IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs.
• Broad and in-depth technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems.
• Project Planning and coordination experience.
• Experience converting operational requirements into IT Requirements.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences, and other events from the CIS perspective.
• Develop planning documentation related to CIS support for all events and exercises.

• Coordinate implementation of technical requirements.
• Manage new Customer requirements/requests.
• Represent the client at planning conferences and meetings.
• Participate in technical meetings as Subject Matter Expert.
• Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage exercise applications portfolio and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Planning and project development of scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences and other events from the CIS perspective.
• Development of planning documentation related to CIS support for all events and exercises.
• Captures requirements for projects, events and exercises, translates into functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinates implementation of technical requirements.
• Coordinates and manages new Customer requirements/requests.
• Represents the client at planning conferences, workshops and meetings regarding planned exercises, projects and programme of work.
• Participates in variety of technical meetings, acts as Subject Matter Expert and advises during Change Advisory Meetings.
• Develops project plans and coordinates with project stakeholders and reports on project execution status and issues.
• Manages the exercise applications portfolio, licensing, lifecycle, upgrades/updates, capture requirements and coordinate with Customers.
