Job summary

Creotech Instruments is seeking an experienced Ground Segment Test & Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end test campaigns for advanced satellite systems, integrating Space and Ground Segments. You will define testing standards and mentor junior engineers while driving the testing roadmap across projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of test methodologies, hands-on testing or integration experience, and collaboration with systems engineers and software developers to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software/system testing or integration engineering.
• Ability to mentor others and grow into a team leader role.
• Solid practical knowledge of test methodologies and integration for complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Test Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive Test Plans, define testing strategies, scope, and levels for flight software and ground station systems.
• Segment Integration: Coordinate and execute the integration between the Space Segment and the Ground Segment, verifying interfaces, protocols, and data flows.
• Requirements & System Analysis: Analyze system specifications and mission requirements to author high-quality Test Cases and Test Procedures.
• Take ownership of the testing roadmap and quality engineering standards across projects.
• Act as the technical point of contact for systems engineers, software developers, and project managers
