Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced SAP WM/MM Consultant to join a global support and development team working within a pharmaceutical and clinical operations environment. The project focuses on maintaining and enhancing an existing SAP ECC landscape supporting warehouse and logistics processes.

You will play a key role in resolving incidents, implementing system improvements, and supporting business-critical warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP WM/MM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with WM and MM modules.
• Experience in application support and maintenance projects.
• Good understanding of warehouse, inventory, logistics, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance SAP WM and MM in a production environment.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and system defects.
• Deliver change requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow processes.
• Troubleshoot warehouse scanner transactions and related integrations.
• Assist end users with functional issues, authorizations, and process-related questions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance SAP WM and MM solutions in a production environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP WM/MM Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM)
• Experience working in application support and maintenance projects
• Good understanding of warehouse, inventory, logistics, and procurement processes
• Experience in incident management, bug fixing, and enhancement delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a support-driven environment
• Professional communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with warehouse scanning solutions
• SAP EWM knowledge or project exposure
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA programs or migration projects
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical operations, or supply chain environments
