Job summary

Seargin in Warsaw Poland is seeking a senior SAP MM Consultant to join client engagements across SAP MM, S/4HANA, and ECC implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare. You will lead business workshops, design SAP MM solutions, oversee procurement, P2P processes, inventory management, and integration with SD, EWM, and FI/CO, while ensuring documentation, testing, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SAP MM Consultant with strong functional processes experience.
• 3 end-to-end SAP implementations across full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement, P2P, and end-to-end procurement processes.
• English at C1 level with strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC implementations from Discover and Fit-to-Standard through Go-Live and Hypercare
• Lead business workshops and analyze requirements across Procurement, P2P, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Material Master
• Design, configure, and implement SAP MM solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices
• Implement key processes including Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification, and Inventory Management
• Define SAP organizational structures including Company Code, Plant, Storage Location, Purchasing Organization, and Purchasing Group
• Design integrations between SAP MM and SD, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and FI/CO
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and test scenarios while coordinating Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Support data migration, cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, process optimization, automation, standardization, and client advisory activities

Job description

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC implementations from Discover and Fit-to-Standard through Go-Live and Hypercare
• Business Workshops

Requirements

• SAP MM Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM functional processes
• Implementation Experience
  • At least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations, including experience across the full implementation lifecycle
• Procurement & P2P
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement, P2P, Strategic Sourcing, and end-to-end procurement processes
• Inventory & Material Master
  • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Material Master Data processes within SAP MM
• SAP S/4HANA
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and understanding of relevant implementation best practices
• Business Analysis & Design
  • Experience conducting business workshops, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and producing functional documentation
• Integration & Testing
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with other modules and experience preparing and coordinating Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Communication & Client Management
  • English at C1 level with strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
