Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP CAP Java Team Leader to drive the development of services within the SAP Business Network.

You will lead a team, oversee design, prototyping, and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders across development, QA, and UX to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
• At least 1 year in people management for a team of 5+ FTEs.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns and data structures.
• Experience building web APIs and coordinating a development team.
• API-first design using Swagger, GraphQL and REST.
• Fiori-based skills: SAPUI5, oData, CAP CDS.
• Mastery of Java Spring Boot and web services.
• Hana DB familiarity; relational databases.
• GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Puppet, Chef.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Jira.
• Agile development with Git/GitHub/GitLab and strong English (B2+).

We are looking for a seasoned SAP CAP Java Team Leader to join our team.In this role, you will work on the development of multiple services from the ground up within the SAP Business Network. You will be involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle, including idea generation, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration.
