You will be responsible for day-to-day support operations, user enablement, issue resolution, and training delivery. The role also involves working with ticketing tools like JIRA and contributing to documentation and process improvementAs the **SAP SD/MM Support Consultant****,** you will: * Provide timely support to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud users, including issue logging, triaging, tracking, and resolution.* Log, categorize, and manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tool.* Perform basic troubleshooting, including user access, role mapping, and Fiori navigation issues.* Assist in SD/MM module configuration, process optimization, and Fit-to-Standard workshops.* Coordinate with SAP for hotfixes or patches and validate compatibility of new releases or upgrades.* Address security vulnerabilities or audit findings & implement advanced role and authorization controls.* Perform root cause analysis and escalate to SAP Product Support when needed.* Assist in minor configuration changes or enhancement requests.* Prepare and deliver user training sessions; develop training materials and quick guides.* Participate in testing and data validation during deployments.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when needed.* Monitor system health and user activity using SAP Cloud ALM or similar tools.* Assist in Fit-to-Standard workshops and maintain process documentation.* Maintain support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you**The ideal **SAP SD/MM Support Consultant**:* Educational Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.* 3–5 years of SAP support experience, with hands-on experience in **SAP SD/MM modules in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud**.* Preferred Certifications in similar domain are a plus* Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and core modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Sales)* Experience using ticketing tool like Service Now, JIRA etc. in a structured support environment.* Exposure to SAP BTP, extensibility options, or custom development is a plus.* Experience with SAP Enable Now is a plus.* Experience with multi-country rollouts or global support models.* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide users.We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
