Right now, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting‑edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region.

The opportunity

You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions in Human Resources, including SuccessFactors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems; implement processes in Cloud, Hybrid, and on‑premise environments; proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approaches and manage Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will also include managing the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects—implementation of SAP systems in the Human Capital area. You’ll also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes and coordinate main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations
• SAP SuccessFactors certification
• Knowledge of SmartRecruiters solutions will be an additional asset
• Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors suite in compliance with best practices
• Hands‑on experience with data models and knowledge of XML
• Proficiency in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Hands‑on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and document the results of implementations, as well as post‑implementation review

Ideally, you’ll also have

• German or other language knowledge
• Good understanding of HR business processes
