Job summary

HAVI GBS Kraków is seeking a SAP Solutions Analyst for O2C who will translate business requirements into SAP-based solutions and designs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assess systems, and drive end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle in a dynamic, international setting.

You will work with SAP modules (O2C, SD, AR), participate in agile teams, and help optimise supply chain processes within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in IT solution development and/or architecture
• Proven track record as a Solutions Analyst or similar role in IT
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical SAP solutions (O2C/SD/AR)
• Knowledge of business processes in logistics or supply chain management
• Understanding of agile methods and ability to support agile teams
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and with external teams

Responsibilities

SAP Solution Analyst O2C

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Assesses existing systems, technologies, and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Conducts feasibility studies and recommends appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Informs the requestor of the cost and time estimate.
• Develops comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinates with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and optimize business outcomes.
• Application Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement, driving continuous business value enablement and optimisation through rationalisation and standardisation.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development
• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - SAP O2C, SAP SD, SAP AR
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with developers in and in-and-out outsourced environment
