HAVI Kraków is seeking a SAP Solution Analyst O2C to join our Global Business Services center. You will translate business requirements into SAP O2C/SD/AR solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

The role demands strong analytical skills, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to adoption, contributing to efficiency and digital transformation.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience in SAP O2C, SAP SD, SAP AR.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and designs.
• Assesses existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions with cost/time estimates.
• Develops solution designs ensuring alignment with goals and standards.
• Coordinates with development teams and vendors for smooth integration and testing.
• Engages with users and IT to ensure adoption of new solutions.
• Participates in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Stays updated on industry trends and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement, driving value.

SAP Solution Analyst O2C

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Assesses existing systems, technologies, and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Conducts feasibility studies and recommends appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Informs the requestor of the cost and time estimate.
• Develops comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinates with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and optimize business outcomes.
• Application Management: Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to retirement, driving continuous business value enablement and optimisation through rationalisation and standardisation.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development
• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - SAP O2C, SAP SD, SAP AR
• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with developers in and in‑and‑out outsourced environment
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
