RED Global in Warsaw is seeking an experienced SAP Service Coordinator to play a key role in our established SAP Center of Excellence. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office starting January.

You'll drive governance of SAP services, incidents, changes, and RISE coordination, liaising with business and IT teams to ensure high availability and continuous improvement. This position demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ITIL familiarity to maintain service quality across

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and RISE experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• ITIL certification or strong practical ITIL experience.
• Understanding of SAP licensing.
• SAP Cloud ALM experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
