A leading consulting firm in Warsaw is seeking an experienced SAP Security Associate Manager to lead solutions in IAM and SAP security for diverse projects. Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control or SAP Authorization Management or SAP Cybersecurity.
• At least 2 years working with SAP Cloud IAG & SAP BTP Cloud Identity Services or ETD.
• Experience in 2–3 security implementations for hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Proven track record in responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Strong customer‑facing skills.
• Public speaking experience (conferences, webinars).

The work

• Leading or managing project teams (3–10 members).
• Supporting or driving business development opportunities in SAP Security.
• Contributing to or owning the development & maintenance of Assets & Accelerators.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Representing Accenture at global security conferences.
• Travelling 10–20%.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.
