Accenture is seeking an SAP Architect in Poland to design SAP landscapes across both cloud and on-premise environments. You will lead architectural discussions, promote best practices, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP solutions for clients around the world.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong communication skills in English and Polish, and a track record of mentoring project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing SAP solutions.

THE WORK:

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

As an SAP Architect at Accenture, you'll work with some of the most recognized organizations in Poland and beyond - including leaders across banking, retail, manufacturing, and energy sectors. On an international scale, you'll contribute to transformation programs at major European and global enterprises, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and markets.

OUR TEAM:

You’ll join one of the largest SAP practices in Poland - a community of several hundred specialists spanning S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, and industry solutions. As an architect, you’ll draw on this depth of expertise when designing complex landscapes, validating solution approaches, and shaping proposals for clients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing SAP solutions.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Clean Core Approach.

• Understanding of SAP BTP use cases and integration scenarios.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and issues from multiple perspectives.

• Understanding of technology, applications, and data architecture.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Very good command of English and Polish for documentation, presentations, and teamwork in an international environment.
