Vaillant Group in Katowice is seeking an SAP SD Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP SD rollouts and drive process improvements. You will act as a technical consultant for business stakeholders, ensuring O2C success and smooth integration across platforms.

With 4+ years in SAP SD/O2C, you will shape global SAP templates, mentor teammates, and deliver robust configurations within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years SAP SD/O2C consultancy.
• Hands-on SAP SD implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and O2C processes.
• Experience with SAP template projects and global rollouts.

As a SAP SD Consultant, you will play an important role in leading end-to-end SAP SD rollouts and driving process improvements for the Vaillant Group. You will act as a technical consultant and advisor for business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP O2C processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• You will be part of the rollout and transformation of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes, shaping the future of our international sales and logistics operations.
• By designing and optimizing SAP SD/LE solutions, you ensure our business needs and governance standards are met.
• Your expertise will drive seamless integration with different platforms/interfaces, making our digital customer journey even more inspiring.
• As an expert, you empower junior colleagues, deliver impactful training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• You develop functional specifications, coordinate with development teams, software architects and customize SAP components.
• You provide technical expertise to the SAP O2C team.

What Makes Us Successful Together

• Qualification: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: With at least 4 years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a SAP SD/O2C consultant, you have participated global SAP template projects and successful rollouts. Additionally, you have proven experience in SAP SD system implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Know-how and skills: Your deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, O2C processes, and integration with different platforms systems sets you apart; you bring strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in leading SAP projects and familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence would be a plus.
• Personality: You communicate with empathy and confidence, thrive on curiosity, and bring a collaborative spirit to every challenge.
