Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an SAP L1 Support Consultant for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. You will handle day-to-day support operations, enable users, resolve issues, and deliver training while collaborating with AMS partners and cross-functional teams.

The role includes participation in UAT tasks during country rollouts, triage reviews, and maintaining documentation to improve processes. A strong foundation in SAP modules and user enablement is essential.

Qualifications

3-5 years SAP support experience, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Service Now in a structured support environment.
Strong communication and training delivery skills, capable of user enablement.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud users, including logging, triaging, tracking and resolution of incidents.
Log, categorize and manage incidents and service requests in ticketing tools.
Perform basic troubleshooting: user access, role mapping, and Fiori navigation issues.
Coordinate with SAP for patches and validate compatibility of releases.
Address security vulnerabilities and implement role/authorization controls.
Prepare and deliver user training sessions and training materials.
Participate in testing and data validation during deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues.
