Job summary

LAPP is a family-owned company known for cable and connection technology. We seek a SAP S/4 SD specialist to support the SD module, perform customization, and participate in global rollouts. You will train business units and coordinate with external partners to maintain and enhance in-house SD developments.

The role requires strong English, project-management skills, and experience in OTC processes. Hybrid working model and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP S/4 SD support and customization.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OTC processes and related interfaces.
• Experience with global IT centers and environments.
• Fluent business English; PM and analytical thinking.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S/4 SD support incl. customization.
• Participate in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
• Support business units in trainings.
• Document template processes and local developments.
• Maintain in-house developments and SD optimizations.
• Coordinate with external service providers and developers.
• Ensure SLA compliance per guidelines.
