Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Kraków seeks an experienced SAP L1 Support Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. You will handle day-to-day support operations, user enablement, issue resolution, and training delivery, working closely with an AMS partner.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, familiarity with SAP Fiori, and proficiency with ticketing tools such as Service Now and JIRA. Global rollout exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years SAP support experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience mandatory
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
• Exposure to multi-country global rollouts or support models

Responsibilities

• Provide timely SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud support and incident triage
• Log, categorize, and manage incidents using ticketing tool
• Coordinate with SAP for patches and upgrades
• Assist in user training sessions and create training materials
• Collaborate with AMS partner and cross-functional teams
